Victorian-era House of Avochie is a classic Scottish fishing lodge, sitting just yards from the riverbank.
Avochie has four main reception rooms: the library, dining room, morning room and conservatory. The library, dining room and drawing room all have open fires, and the conservatory underfloor heating. There is a billiard room on the ground floor and a games room with darts, table tennis and table football in the cellar.
The house has six main bedrooms, plus three children's bedrooms, accommodating a total of up to eighteen people. The master bedroom is ensuite, and there are a further three bathrooms. Cots can be arranged for infants.
The flat sits in the steadings, just across from the main house and also within easy reach of the river. It has four bedrooms for up to nine people. The living room and conservatory look onto the tennis court, and with two bathrooms, a kitchen, and parking space, Chalmer's is a great self-contained unit for those fishing the river.
